As you sip a warming blend of chai and herbal black tea, your body begins to settle…grounded, present, and ready.

From here, your system is gently awakened through an Ayurvedic Garshana ritual, preparing you to release what’s been held.

You are then guided into a warm herbal steam — softening the body, opening the breath, and allowing your system to begin letting go on a deeper level.

Breathwork and subtle guidance support this process, helping your body release without force.

From this softened, open state, you move into a full-body Fire Goddess Fusion Massage.

Using heated stones and fire cupping, the bodywork works deeply through the tissues — releasing stored tension, stagnation, and energetic residue.
